I'll design your dream space from ceiling to flooring, making the whole process easy for you from the design phase, construction stage, up to putting in the finishing touches.

THE PROCESS

My full-service interior design is divided into 3 phases:

PHASE 1 - DESIGN PHASE

1 A S S E S S

Based on the details you provided in the inquiry form, I'll provide a design proposal outlining my scope of work, professional fee, terms and conditions. We can set a meeting in person or via Zoom to get to know about each other and talk about your plans for your space and expectations for the project. Once you've approved the proposal and deposited the acceptance fee, I'll go to your space to survey and get its actual measurements.

2 D E S I G N

I'll create and present the preliminary design and plans, which will include furniture layouts and digital perspectives so you can easily visualize my ideas for your space. Once you've approved the design documents, we move on to the more technical part of the project.

3 D R A F T

I'll convert the approved design to technical drawings and plan sets, which will serve as the basis of the contractors for their construction proposals. These documents are also needed to secure building permits and/or required by a condominium's property management office to get renovation permits.

4 A L I G N

Once the technical drawings and plans are completed, you can now request construction proposals from different contractors. If you don't know any contractor, I can give contractor recommendations and their contact details so you can contact them for a quote request. We can also meet with them so you can ask questions about their portfolio, pricing, and payment terms. When you've decided on a contractor, we're ready to start executing the design!

PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION PHASE

5 P U R C H A S E

Once you've approved all the the hard interior finishes such as flooring, light fixtures, bathroom tiles, kitchen backsplash materials and deposited the funds, I'll purchase and ensure delivery of these materials to the site.

6 E X E C U T E

I'll monitor the design implementation through photos and videos provided by you or the Contractor and I can answer design-related site inquiries from the Contractor. Should you or the Contractor decide that I need to do a physical site visit, I can go to the site for an additional charge.

PHASE 3 - STYLING PHASE

7 S T A G E

We're almost done with the project! I'll oversee the installation of window treatments, appliances, or artwork, and the delivery of furniture and decor in the site.
